, cultivating the breath with moevement and in stillness. The breath is the link between the body and the soul, it brings us to a place of inner silence from where we can hear our own inner voice. 
Nidra Yoga.  deep and long relaxation. Let your body and mind surrender into stillness. Silence will guide you to see with your eyes closed, to fly with out wings. And to really recover your body after the all day intensive you had!
